"Think Globally, Drink Locally"   


Chef Donald Link has hosts an awesome online video site where he features  the creative and  innovative Northwest culinary scene. He stopped in at the brewery recently and chatted with Lead Brewer Chris Sheehan about the "new and old" ways we make beer here at Hale's :

Every occasionally we have had the good fortune of meeting up with someone who has a camera who is really interested in how we do what we do. The infamous Daren of "Drinking With Daren" is just such a fellow. A little while back he met up with Mike at the brewery ...
